Toscana Adventure Team invites you to experience the splendid sensation of going down natural water slides, diving into clear pools and lowering yourself with ropes down the slope of the waterfalls .

Canyoning, or Canyoning, is a fun way to discover corners of paradise hidden between water and rocks by descending streams, giving you the opportunity to reach areas that are usually inaccessible and characterized by a rare beauty.

This is a discipline suitable for all those who wish to test themselves by trying something adrenaline-filled and exciting, ideal if you want to gain more awareness of your body and more confidence in yourself.

We organize canyoning outings in the streams of Tuscany from April to October, at least one weekly outing, and also experiences of one or more days in the streams of other regions of Italy , as well as in France, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland and Spain.

Toscana Adventure Team Speleologia organizes splendid guided excursions for adults and children who want to be amazed and discover new things.

Tuscany has 1597 caves, equal to 270 kilometers of natural tunnels. In this region there is the karst complex of the Apuan Alps, the largest in Italy with approximately 60 kilometers of explored tunnels of Monte Corchia.

Also in Tuscany there is the deepest cave in Italy: the Paolo Roversi Abyss, with 1249 meters of negative altitude difference.

Our excursions take place in this wonderful context, aimed at those who, individually or in the company of family and friends, want to live the magical experience of speleology.

Toscana Adventure Team MTB offers you weeks or simple daily mountain bike trips in the Vinci area, birthplace of Leonardo and the bicycle!

The territory of the area is suitable for cyclists of all ages and levels of experience, from children who are just starting out on the bike to the more experienced.

We have a well-stocked warehouse where it is possible to rent bikes and carry out any type of repair.

The routes are varied and from Vinci the major art cities of Tuscany can be reached directly by bicycle or with short transfers.
