The A.S.D. Nordic Fitness School Cagliari teaches you to learn the correct Nordic Walking technique, to take advantage of the benefits that this activity entails.
A staff of qualified instructors from the Italian Nordic Fitness Association (ANI) is made available to students who are passionately dedicated to Nordic Walking Basic and Advanced courses (with the release of the ANI Diploma).
For the attendance of the courses specific Nordic Walking sticks are made available to the students.
Lessons take place outdoors in the green areas of the cities of Poetto, Molentargius, Monte Claro, Monte Urpinu and Terramaini.
Once the relative diploma has been obtained at the end of the course, it will be possible to participate in all the appointments scheduled by A.S.D. Nordic Fitness School Cagliari .
