LiberaMente Nordic Walking is an amateur sports association founded in 2011 with the aim of promoting the practice of a sport that allows you to experience completely new adventures by practicing Nordic walking.

At our headquarters, located in Trento, a group of expert instructors and guides, offers the opportunity to participate in:

• Nordic walking courses
• Nordic walking outings
