The Nordic Walking School of Brunico (BZ) organizes courses at various levels dedicated to this fantastic sporting discipline which develops resistance, strength and fitness.
Nordic Walking is a complete workout for the whole body (85% of the muscles are involved) as it improves breathing, tones the legs and also the muscles of the arms, chest and shoulders thanks to the use of the appropriate sticks .
As in all sports, correct preparation is the key to practicing Nordic Walking correctly and safely.
Our courses are divided into:
- Beginners course - four sessions to learn the Nordic Walking technique using the 7 STEP method; the material necessary to participate in the course will be provided by the School (carbon sticks and a heart rate monitor); maximum 15 participants
- Advanced course - deepening and improving the basic technique through specific exercises, variations in rhythm, speed and terrain; carbon poles and heart rate monitor provided by the School; maximum 5 participants; personalized training programs according to the needs of each student
- Course for experts - targeted exercises for learning the correct Nordic walking technique; the correct training band has been drawn up for each student; maximum 15 participants; the School provides carbon poles and a heart rate monitor for the course to monitor the heartbeat; theoretical lessons to get to know your body and understand how to increase your resistance threshold to fatigue
- Special courses - group courses dedicated to companies and associations (team building), groups of friends, etc.; place, date and time of lessons agreed with the School
