The accompaniment of a qualified expert pilot makes this experience suitable for everyone and ensures that no skills or particular qualities of courage are necessary. In fact, paragliding, if practiced in the right conditions, is absolutely not an extreme sport but a sporting activity that gives those who practice it truly unique sensations.
