The sup is the perfect middle ground between surfing and kayaking. You will need a board adapted to the Sup , in which you will have to navigate in an upright position, and a paddle to be able to go wherever you want.

768 Surf provides you with a series of courses to start practicing sup from scratch or to improve your skills:

• Basic course in which the materials will be presented, the safety rules will be explained to you and you will learn how to enter the water;

• Intermediate course where you will be shown the main gaits;

• Advanced course suitable for people with experience in sup where you will be introduced to the sup wave, the practice of surfing the waves.

The lessons will be held by our qualified instructors with the possibility to choose between individual lessons and group lessons . You will also have the opportunity to rent equipment at our facilities to continue practicing sup once the course is over.
