• Sailing: it is possible to participate in sailing courses, held by expert instructors who allow you to know the secrets of a challenging but very exciting sport.
• Kayak: to enjoy pleasant days at sea aboard a modern kayak that allows you to reach unusual places.

We organize sailing courses on dinghies and sport catamarans, with which we practice excursions in nautical camping flotilla.

At the nautical campsite you can also participate in kayaks. Our amateur sports association has dinghies and catamarans for the use of members, it is also possible to organize sailing courses including overnight stay in our office at an economical price.

Every year we organize sailing courses on dinghies and sport catamarans at all levels. The dinghies are small boats that can be easily beached.

They are an excellent school for all sailors, even for those who want to dedicate themselves to cruising on larger boats. Fun and dynamic boats, with which you learn, and never forget, how to go to sea.

The sport catamaran is a very exciting boat. Apparently simpler than a keel (because more stable), it is capable of giving great emotions thanks to its impressive speed qualities.

Natural-Mente Mare A.S.D. Boat Excursion , based in Vieste (Foggia), allows you to experience the sea through adventurous excursions on a sailboat or catamaran!

Here you can dedicate yourself to free nautical camping, which is a very popular activity in northern Europe and not very widespread in the Mediterranean.

It consists of short coastal cruises on dinghies and sport catamarans, with overnight stops for free camping in isolated bays and accessible only from the sea.

We organize groups of minimum 6 people and maximum 15, the participants will be divided according to navigation knowledge, it is possible to make the excursion having attended even just one day of introductory course before.

The excursions are supervised by experienced instructors and guides. Together with our staff you will have the opportunity to face new wonderful experiences!
