A.s.d. M&N Movimento e Natura invites you to take advantage of the wonders of water with two exciting and fun disciplines, rafting and canyoning! We move close to the most beautiful waterways in the north, in Liguria and in our province. In addition to this we also organize trips to practice these water sports.

Our center was born in 2004 from the idea of a group of friends who are passionate about outdoor and indoor sports.
Our mission is to promote sporting activity, even in the gym, and enhance psychological and physical well-being. We attach importance to river sports and prepare for friendly competitions, events and sporting events.

In addition to practice, we also take care of courses to teach and transmit the passion for canyoning and rafting , the first mixed discipline between climbing and river descent and the second descent through the water course with a rubber dinghy .

A.s.d. M&N Movimento e Natura Canyoning invites you to experience the exciting adventure of Canyoning in the company of your friends! Go with us on an adventure and discover the most exciting gorges.

We organize 1 and 2 level courses every year to approach the discipline in collaboration with the A.I.C. (Italian Canyoning Association) and held by the S.N.C. (National Canyoning School). For the basic the duration is 5 days and for the advanced 7 days.

Take a look at our routes. The canyons proposed by our association are located in Liguria, in the area between Albenga and Sanremo.

• Santa Lucia base. 2 hours, medium difficulty, also suitable for children: short abseils, jumps, fun slides
• Integral Saint Lucia. 4 hours, medium-high difficulty: claws abseiling, jumps and slides

• Saint Lucia expert. 7 hours, medium-high difficulty: long rappels, jumps and slides
• Prale stream. 4 hours medium-high difficulty: long abseils with the rope
• Rio Ferraia. 4 hours, medium-high difficulty: long rappels, jumps and slides
• Torrente Argentina. 2.30 hours, medium difficulty, suitable for children: short rappels, jumps, fun slides also suitable for children
• Rio Barbaira. 5 hours, medium-high difficulty: long rappels, jumps and slides
• Clue de la Maglia. All day, medium-high difficulty: long rappels, jumps and slides

A.s.d. M&N Movimento e Natura Rafting invites you to practice rafting with us, a fun river sport that allows you to experience strong emotions and adrenaline rushes by going down the river aboard an inflatable boat, in complete safety. Follow us, we move to Northern Italy in search of the most favorable waterways! An example of some of our destinations are the Orco, the Stura, the Sesia, the Dora, the Vara ..... Ready for adventure?

With us you can slide on the clear and crystalline water, admire the uncontaminated nature and suddenly find yourself listening to a roar .. it is the water that begins to foam, the rapids have begun!

Not having a fixed base, we can adapt the routes and excursions to everyone's needs, be it families, children, groups of friends or athletes. We organize descents suitable for pupils of Elementary Schools, Lower Middle Schools and High Schools with a minimum of confidence with water. The courses, for which no previous experience is necessary, are designed according to the age of the participants and according to the purpose that is set. You will also be accompanied by qualified guides from the Italian rafting federation.
