At the Buena Ventura bathing establishment , on the coast of S.Cataldo - Torre Specchia di Vernole , in the province of Lecce, every year we offer various types that allow you to live exciting experiences.

In collaboration with the Lido Buenaventura , our Associazione S.D. Sea & Souls , offers individual or group basic sailing boat courses as well as boat trips with skipper.

Our professional instructors will follow you during the course in order to allow you to learn correctly the navigation techniques aboard our Laser 13 and Laser 16 .

In addition, all the materials made available by the school will allow you to safely learn the secrets of sailing.

With Buena Ventura Windsurf and Salento kitesurf is the ideal way to spend wonderful days outdoors.

Every year our staff offers various types of activities, which allow you to get to know the natural world and experience exciting adventures !

Leaning on Lido Buenaventura, our S.D. Sea & Souls, offers you the opportunity to learn windsurfing in a few lessons. Those who want to learn the techniques of this fun sport can follow the basic course or the advanced course .

The basic course has a duration of three lessons , divided into a lesson in which the historical notes on windsurfing, the theories on winds, the functioning and nomenclature of sports equipment as well as the correct position will be imparted of the body first on the beach and then in the water, to learn how to maintain balance. In the second lesson we will approach the sailing board in the sea, as well as safety and the raising of the sail. Finally, in the last lesson, you will learn the direction and how to turn.

The school will provide students with the necessary equipment to undertake training activities in total safety.

The competent and very nice instructors will make you live a beautiful experience by learning or improving the techniques of a sport that allows you to experience fun adventures on the sea .
