Rafting Adventure Canyoning in collaboration with the Alpine Guides allows you to practice an adrenaline-filled sport that will introduce you to the most beautiful streams of the Aosta Valley, diving from natural springboards, swimming in clear pools and abseiling into them with a rope in the heart of canyons carved by water:

• Chalamy Stream - easy to access and suitable for beginners; with jumps of up to 10 meters and various escape routes for those who want to avoid them; route duration 4 hours; minimum age 10 years; medium difficulty level;
• Torrente Fer - for people with previous canyoning experience; duration 4.30 hours; minimum age 10 years; medium-high difficulty level

Rafting Adventure Rafting allows you to have fun riding a dinghy in the company of other people and above all with an expert guide who will direct you for the entire duration of the descent.

In direct contact with the water, you will be accompanied by an expert guide who, before starting the activity, will give a theoretical-practical lesson on the techniques and maneuvers necessary to enjoy this sport to the fullest.

You can choose between:

• Hydro School: will help you become familiar with the river, control the main aquatic bob maneuvers, test your coordination skills and endurance strength in the water; suitable for all those doing hydrospeed for the first time; duration 1.30 hours; minimum age 16 years; low-medium difficulty level;
• Advanced Hydro: you can try the most exciting and most difficult sections; for all those who have already had prior experience in this sport and have acquired the basic techniques; duration 2 hours; minimum age 16 years; medium-high difficulty level
