• PADDLE SURF. Following a stay in Brazil, where SUP is now widespread, Mario Maurandi and Diana Bertinetti decided to transport this discipline to the island of San Pietro.

It is a variant of surfing, made with a paddle: paddle in fact. Immersed in the most authentic nature, you will experience unique emotions: the Stand Up Paddle is extremely simple to practice and capable of guaranteeing a perfect combination of sea and sport. Trial days (free) and tours with different degrees of difficulty are organized (according to the level of the participants for a minimum of 5 people).

The equipment is made available directly by the hotel: the rental is made on the beach of La Caletta. Our activities include lessons, Mini-courses for adults and children, Sup Pilates and Sup Ball.

• SURF. Born in California, this famous sport has landed as far as the coasts of Sardinia: an ideal place for the presence of waves for 200 days a year. The center promotes the training of aspiring surfers, organizing group courses and individual lessons with experienced ISA (International Surfing Association) teachers.

For those who want to train constantly during their stay on the island, there is the possibility of joining the association simply by registering. Sup Adventures tries to offer an ecological alternative for the summer of 2016 to enthusiasts who want to share their love for the sea with us.

It is an activity carried out with a paddle, a paddle in fact, and a surfboard. The Sup Adventures center, located in the splendid Sardinian town of Carloforte , offers a wide range of activities to get you closer to this discipline:

• Lessons . They are carried out individually, on the Caletta beach. A specialized ISA instructor will guide you. After a brief theoretical introduction, you can already mount on the table.

• Rental . If you are no longer a beginner, the center allows you to rent equipment. The rental period can vary from day to week.


• Tour . Aimed at those who are familiar with this sporting activity, itineraries are organized in different areas of the island.

Due to its characteristics, Paddle Surf is aimed at anyone who wants to practice it: it is, in fact, a simple and fun sport; excellent glue for a team building with your colleagues or to strengthen the bond with friends.

It is suitable for both adults and children, a reason that includes it among the sports to be carried out with the whole family. Last but not least are the physical benefits it brings.
