Courses for adults:

• V1 – beginners: sailing theory, boat rigging, gaits, helmsman role, bowman role, tack, jibe, capsize tests, safety rules, notes on meteorology.
• V2 – improvement: sailing theory, sailing with medium wind, helmsman role, bowman role, tack, jibe, trapeze, applied meteorology.
• V3 – advanced: tactics and strategy, setting up the boat, technique in strong winds, specialization in the role of bowman or helmsman, spinnaker.

Courses for children aged 6 to 12:

• VK1 – beginners: takes place over 5 days and includes sailing theory, sailing game-sport, sailing in light and medium winds, tacking, jibing, applied meteorology.
