MLG Mountain guide is an association formed by mountain guides with great experience in all snow sports and outdoors in nature .

For this, we provide supervised activities with maximum safety and experience. Active since the beginning of 2000, we make guides mainly in Lombardy, in Swiss Ticino and in the Alps. But we have the nature of explorers and for this reason we also move to any place there is a good condition to practice these activities.

We organize:

• Travel : addressed to practice the activities of which we are specialists in various places such as in Eucador, Argentina, Japan and still other places.
• Expeditions / Mountaineering : for fans of high altitudes on the main peaks of the Alps.
• Freeride skiing : or skiing off the piste, with Heliski.
• Mountain biking : because the Alps should also be explored by bicycle!

MLG Mountain Guides introduces you to a fantastic activity to do in nature: canyoning !

Sport in close contact with water, consists of beating water courses that have gorges, ideal for canyoning and then after diving into the water.

We mainly carry out this activity in Lake Como and Lugano , which have numerous gorges.

To go canyoning, you don't need to be an expert, just have a great desire to have fun and not be afraid to get wet.

Here are some routes:

• Cresciano Inferiore : in the Canton of Ticino where there is a descent of 3 hours and 30 minutes on foot. The difference in height is 210 meters and for this reason the route has a certain difficulty.
• Val Bodengo 1 : it is located in Val Chivenna and is an easy route as well as fun because in addition to being easy to access, it has natural slides and equipment mounted to do everyone and descents with ropes. It is a path that can also be done with children who are at least 10 years old.
• Via Bodego 2 : still in Val Chivenna, it presents a rather intermediate difficulty, as well as being one of the best known in these areas. There is a 12-meter toboggan as well as other diving spots. However, you can always go down with the rope.
• Perlana : in Lenno, it takes 4 hours, but it has a beautiful cave and tobogganing spots.

MLG Mountain Guides never tires of wandering around the world, on the contrary it offers various bicycle trips in different countries of the world.

The legendary and traditional snowshoes! The so-called snowshoes are kind of snowshoes that are applied under the sole of snow shoes, or that are already prepared as shoes and facilitate movement on the snow, improving agility and the ability to move without sink. You will sweep the snow and you can even splash it if you want and if you are an adult nostalgic of the past childhood. If you practice it with your children it will be even more fun.
