The third and last, a difficult level of about 6 hours of duration: you will manage between waterfalls which you will cross and real boulders to overcome.

• Tignale and Tremosine , both towns on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, include the Vione torrent: the sunniest in all of Lombardy, known for its dense vegetation and emerald green waters. It is literally divided in two: the first part is easy and suitable for everyone, with small jumps and comfortable slides; the second requires a little more technical knowledge, as the route becomes narrower.

• Caspoggio , in Valmalenco, a side valley of Valtellina, is crossed by the world famous Cormor Canyon: created over the years by the Bernina glaciers, its waters flow directly over the green typical rocks of the area. We all know that canyoning is an activity that mixes the sea with the mountains, and here, unlike the torrents of Val Bodengo mentioned above, the second part prevails, i.e. the mountaineering part. The route is partly subway, but without giving, at any time, the feeling of lack of air; on the contrary, this creates enchanting plays of light between the penetrating light and the rocky landscape.
