The lessons are structured in various "formats" to meet the different needs of the students. It is in fact possible to choose between:

• Individual lessons - one-on-one lessons with the Maestro to get the most out of learning in a fun way!
• Group courses - to learn to ski in a group; end-of-course competition and awards ceremony
• Competitive courses - competitive ski lessons to improve your skills between the poles
• Courses for groups - courses for ski clubs and large groups on ski holidays or on a weekly basis
• Seasonal courses - for children from Sappada and neighboring towns, a bi-weekly course from January to March for a gradual approach to skiing and snowboarding

The Sappada Cross Country Ski School organizes courses of various levels regarding this fascinating discipline, considered as the heir sport of the first way of moving on the snow (invented in Scandinavia 4000 years ago!).< /p>

Cross-country skiing (or Nordic skiing), in its alternating and skating variants, is characterized as an aerobic sport that places those who practice it in close contact with nature. Our instructors will help you learn about the different techniques of cross-country skiing and will guide you to the most evocative places in our valley.
