The Paratroopers Section of Varese is part of the National Association of Paratroopers of Italy (ANPd'I) whose headquarters are located in Rome.
The Varese Section was established in July 1954.

• It is a weapon association and therefore is not for profit and is non-political.
  It has an eminently patriotic and moral character, and has for purposes:
  
  Love and fidelity to the homeland;
  · The glorification of the Paratroopers who fell in the fulfillment of their duty, in war and in peace, perpetuating their memories;
  The exaltation of the glories of the Specialty and the celebration of its feast;
  The strengthening of the bonds of brotherhood and solidarity that must unite, even in civil life, paratroopers of any degree and condition;
  Maintaining the necessary links with the Italian Armed Forces and with all bodies interested in parachuting;
  · Conducting courses for aspiring paratroopers for the spread of parachuting among young people;
  · The performance of parachuting exercises and events, with the main purpose of maintaining and strengthening the training of members of the Specialty;
  · The realization of initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the specialty and favor the dissemination of the Italian parachuting spirit;
  Assistance in every possible form to shareholders.

Paratroopers Varese Canyoning allows you to follow the course of a river, discovering its hidden side. Together with us, all those interested will be able to experiment and practice canyoning. In the months from June to September, we organize canyoning excursions for a minimum of 4 people and we give the opportunity to cross, gorges, waterfalls and toboggans, crossed by the waters of the river.

You will have the opportunity to abseil down on the ropes or dive into pools of crystal clear water, always guided by professional staff. Well equipped, all participants will be able to live unique experiences that will certainly leave the desire to participate in a new canyoning excursion.

Parachutists Varese Parachuting is a school that boasts many years behind it and allows you to practice adrenaline sports that allow you to stay in direct contact with nature.

At our center you can devote yourself to parachuting and decide to opt for the following proposals:

• Military Parachuting Course . The course allows you to obtain the Fdv parachute jump qualification. Access to the course has no restrictions: civilians and law enforcement agencies can participate.

• Bound Wing Course . The constrained jump, or static line, is a typical jump in sport skydiving. The student is secured with a rope and the descent altitude is set between 1200 and 1500 meters.

• AFF Course (Accelerated Free Fall). The course allows you to make the descent independently. From the first moment, jumps will be carried out under the supervision of qualified instructors. At the end of the course a diploma will be issued.

• Tandem jump . It is aimed at all those who want to compete with extreme activity. The jump is coordinated by an instructor, who will carry out the descent together with you. You will be hooked to the guide through a harness.

Depending on their needs, all interested parties will be able to choose the activity that interests them most and live incredible experiences with the parachute. Expert skydivers will always be at your side to allow you to face adventures with maximum safety.
Each activity will be carried out with reliability and efficiency to allow all participants to experience something truly special.

OFF-SLOPE SKIING

Blanche Valley

Departure from Punta Helbronner mt. 3462 and arrival in Chamonix mt 1037.
24-kilometer route that takes place in the heart of the Mont Blanc massif along the Mer de Glace.
Fantastic route that winds through granite peaks, crevasses and seracs.
Departure point: Courmayeur.
Required level: skiing on red slopes with parallel skis.
Participants: max 6 people.

Toula Glacier

Departure from Punta Helbronner mt. 3452 and arrival in Pavillon mt. 2195.
Difference in altitude: 1257 mt.
Wonderful itinerary with numerous variations and very long slopes surrounded by an unforgettable landscape.
Departure point: Courmayeur
Required level: good command of off-piste skiing.
Participants: max 6 people.

Freeride Paradise Monte Rosa

The Monte Rosa area offers almost unlimited possibilities for off-piste lovers. It is able to satisfy the needs of the most experienced and of those approaching this discipline for the first time.
Starting point: Gressoney
Required level: skiing on red slopes with parallel skis.
Participants: max 6 people.

SKI MOUNTAINEERING

Ski mountaineering courses:
• Short trips of varying difficulty.
• Use of the equipment.
• Climbing techniques.
• Use of the transceiver (recovery exercise overwhelmed in an avalanche)
Participants: max 6 people.
Duration: 2-3 days.

Paratroopers Varese Climbing allows you to approach the practice of very exciting sports that allow you to stay in direct contact with the natural environment. At our center, you can participate in:

• Basic Climbing Course: takes place from April to October and lasts 3 days; for a minimum of 6 participants; it is necessary to arrive with climbing shoes while the school supplies the other materials (harness, carabiners, quickdraws, rope, helmet);
• Stage of approach to the ice falls: for a maximum of 5 people, lasts 2-3 days and there are different techniques;
