You can follow the course at our centre, with the assistance of our instructors, as long as you are already 12 years of age. With EFR Emergency First Response you will gain a first level of basic medical training in the treatment of non-professional first aid in emergency cases.
The E.F.R. course is composed as follows:
In the classroom - Three rescue skills sessions during which you will learn rescue techniques, cardio-pulmonary breathing, use of the automatic defibrillator, oxygen and the first aid kit.
Individual study - multimedia supports provided by the diving company for the acquisition and consolidation of essential basic theory.
