Submariner is a cultural association whose main statutory objectives are:
- the diffusion of knowledge and respect for the underwater environment and all its forms of life
- the spread of recreational and technical diving activity
- the protection and enhancement of the marine natural heritage and inland waters
- the valorisation of the maritime culture typical of the Mediterranean populations
Submariner, affiliated with FIAS (Italian Federation of Underwater Activities), organizes educational courses for its members aimed at anyone who wants to learn or learn more about this fantastic sporting discipline.
Here are our courses seen in more detail:
- BASIC certification (Open Water Diver) - allows the use of self-contained breathing apparatus within 20 m of depth with a dive buddy with the same level certification
- ARA (Advanced Open Water Diver) certification - enables you to dive with self-contained air breathing apparatus within 30 m of depth in a no-stop limit
- ARA Extension Certificate (Dive Leader) - enables diving with self-contained air breathing apparatus within 40 m of depth, which also represents the maximum limit of sports diving, in a no-stop limit
- Specialization Courses - Lifesaving Certificate (Rescue Diver); Patent for oxygen-nitrogen respiratory mixtures (Nitrox Diver); Freediving license (Skin Diver); Underwater Photography Diver certification; License in Marine Biology (Underwater Biology); Wreck Diver certification; Night Diver Limited Visibility certification; Dry Suit Diver certification; Dry Suit Diver certification
To combine diving activities with environmental and social ones, daily excursions of two or more days are organized in the most characteristic locations of the Italian peninsula (Ponza, Ventotene, Procida, Ischia, Capri, Scilla, etc.) accompanied by informative seminars .
