The Forno Antico Agriturismo is a modern farmhouse equipped with all comforts. It is located in the province of Salerno, in the heart of the Cilento National Park. We are easily reachable from Pompeii, Paestum, Velia and Palinuro.

In our farmhouse you can find 20 hectares of land cultivated with olive groves, orchards and seasonal vegetables and 23 rooms, all with bathroom and shower, ready to satisfy any need. We also have a restaurant, a pizzeria, a bar and a swimming pool, the bread is made every day in our wood oven; our customers will not have to worry about parking, since we have a guarded one.

We also offer hospitality for man's best friends (dogs and cats) and for many years we have also had an international clientele.

During stays at our center it is possible to see the wonderful Cilento Park, organize excursions to Palinuro or take walks along the countless paths. For sports enthusiasts we offer the possibility of horse riding, tennis, trekking, mountain biking or using our swimming pool. For those who want to immerse themselves in country life, they can take care of the chestnut harvest or the olive harvest.

We organize wedding receptions or healthy holidays for diabetics or celiacs; School groups are also welcome in our centre: in short, our farmhouse offers a multitude of activities suitable for anyone and any need.

The strategic point in which the Il Forno Antico farmhouse is located allows our customers to take long walks on numerous paths marked by us such as those that branch around Monte Castelluccio, the paths of Bulgheria , of Gelbison and Cervati.

You can also go trekking in the mountains surrounding Cilento, or go and discover the numerous naturalistic areas, such as the Bussentine gorges of Morigerati and those of Calore in Felitto with the Otter, the Bruca forest, Punta Licosa, the course of the Lambro and Mingardo rivers, Alento, Bussento and Tanagro: the Alento dam, the mouth of the Sele.

The clothing suitable for this type of excursion is certainly comfortable clothing; such as a pair of shorts, a backpack, k-way, thick socks and trekking shoes or high-top sneakers.

Our farm Forno Antico Passeggiate a Cavallo offers five splendid riding horses (English and American), some of the Persano Salernitano breed, a very ancient breed which boasts ancestors in the winners of the races Olympics between the years 1956 and 1972.

What characterizes this breed is the joint presence of two qualities: resistance and agility; characteristics suitable for riding on mixed routes. They are also suitable horses for learning the smallest, calmest and most gentle ones. The best for children is the Briciola pony which owes its name to the goodness that characterizes it.
