Walking with the help of sticks has many advantages and benefits for the body, health and mood, thanks to the possibility offered to activate up to 90% between different muscle groups, improve the flexibility of the spine and joints; improves posture and reduces strain on the knees and back.

With AL.MA. Turismo Ambiente Nordic Walking you can range between different proposals:

• Basic Course : 4 lessons lasting 90 minutes, to get to know and appreciate Nordic Walking: at the end of the course, you will be autonomous in applying the correct technique and you will receive a certificate of participation.
• Intensive Course : to allow those with time problems to be able to learn the correct Nordic Walking technique with two lessons in a single day, combined with exercises and simulations.
• Single Lesson : 90 minutes to perfect your technique, followed by an Instructor.
• Group Lesson : ideal solution for a group of friends wishing to practice Nordic Walking: 90 minutes of movement and technique.
