ASD Grotte Forre e Natura d'Abruzzo welcomes you among us, true enthusiasts of disciplines such as canyoning or caving, but also of all those activities that in a sporting, scientific or cultural link people to Nature. A spirit and values such as friendship and trust between those who share this experience and above all modesty in the face of Nature in all its forms accompany us and bind us: water, stone, snow or ice. The latter is the true teacher we rely on.
The group organizes annual training courses in caving, canyoning and self-rescue. The other activities are scheduled weekly depending on the climate and the preferences of the participants. Basically we propose:

ASD Grotte Forre e Natura d'Abruzzo Sci is keen to teach you and transmit you much more than simple technical notes on ski ascents, it wishes to transmit you a spirit capable of understanding the mountains, relationships with the companions of many trips, the motivations that lead to such a particular activity, the emotions that arouse climbing a summit or descending a beautiful snowy slope.
Come and learn or practice skiing with us in different national locations, such as the Cresta del Foscagno, which descent is a real embarrassment of choice: there are three sides available and the panorama sweeps between peaks and glaciers and it is a nice climb that requires attention only on the ridge line because for the rest it is an excursion accessible to all as long as they are always equipped with caution, shovel and probe arva. Another very interesting place is Monte la Meta with its 2400 meters which reserves the pleasant surprise of a veil of several centimeters of fresh snow in May.

We organize weekly outings in different places including the cliffs of Frosolone, made up of limestone bastions that rise, almost like pinnacles on their own, in one of the most beautiful mountainous areas of Molise.
This place is a destination for enthusiasts who come from all over Italy, as the walls are aligned with each other and inside there are suggestive small meadows where it is possible to stay overnight, in short, it is a corner of paradise. These walls have different levels of difficulty that are adaptable and within everyone's reach.
In addition to rock climbing, we also participate in national climbing competitions and host experienced and authoritative personalities in the field.

ASD Grotte Forre e Natura d'Abruzzo Speleology shares a strong passion for the most secret and jealously guarded part of nature, the one that offers an exciting encounter with oneself and with time that seems motionless and imperturbable in the profound silence of the dark: the caves.
We organize introductory courses to this extreme and intimate sport annually, providing participants with a human and professional enthusiasm that comes from years of experience and a deep love for nature. Our students are followed individually by experts and provided with all the technical material for the exercises, which will be preceded by theoretical lessons on caving techniques and materials. The exercises take place first in the open, then in caves, with a crescendo of difficulty, in order to acclimatize and accustom the aspiring speleologist to the underground environment and to the movement techniques. The exercises will be held in Abruzzo or neighboring environments. The places of the exercises will be reached with the use of their own means, and the certificates will be issued to students who have participated in half of the lessons, both theoretical and practical. The technical material will be issued by the group, if the student does not have it, except for the wetsuit and personal clothing.

ASD Caves Forre and Nature of Abruzzo Canyoning invites you to get lost in water, stone and vertigo. The ravines offer not only this, but much more: primordial worlds hidden in the most remote places of the Apennines. In these places, nature has created essential, perfect forms, using the chisel of water and ice to amaze man with amazing visions. This happens especially in spring when the Apennines wake up from winter: water and ice abound everywhere and the energy of a gorge is pure and irrepressible.
We organize weekly excursions to various places, including the Riancoli Gorge, the Cusano Gorge, the Titerno Gorge, the Stiffe Gorge, L'Avello, La Richiusa, Lu Cacchema and Salinello.
For those wishing to approach this discipline for the first time, we have annual courses, which deal with theoretical topics and offer complementary practical activities in the gym and on site. The exercises will be held in Abruzzo and the technical material will be released by the group, if the student does not have it.

In the summer, get on the saddle and join us, we can advise you and you can take part in different routes, suited to your needs and desires.
