Il Bivacco

The Association Il Bivacco was founded in 2005 with the aim of promoting culture and knowledge of the environment and the territory through its direct exploration with the practice of sports activities.

Among the proposals of the Association:

The Association Il Bivacco also organizes courses, theme nights and meetings. All those accompanying the proposed activities are Environmental Guides affiliated with AGAT (Tuscany Environmental Guides Association).

Come and paddle on Lake Massaciuccoli in the company of the environmental guides of the Il Bivacco Canoa Association!

On board the canoe you will immerse yourself in the natural environment of this splendid lake, where hundreds of different bird species nest and stop during migrations.

You will experience the pleasant sensation of moving slowly on the water, at sunrise or sunset, when the environmental conditions are perfect for sighting, hearing and photographing birds and the landscape.

In the company of the qualified Environmental Guides of the Il Bivacco Kayak Association you can sail on Lake Massaciuccoli and immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of this place, habitat of hundreds of different species of birds.

Lake Massaciuccoli is in fact a protected oasis where birds nest and rest during their migrations.

Kayak excursions are also organized at sunrise and sunset, when the environmental conditions are ideal for sighting, listening to and photographing birds and the landscape.

Il Bivacco Walks on Horseback offers you an interesting experience of Ippo-trekking on Monte Brugiana in the company of its expert Environmental Guides.

The geographical area in which the activity takes place is that of the Apuan Alps and the trekking lasts two days and one night.

The first day is to get to know the horse, you will learn to approach this splendid animal and you will receive the first basic notions of horse riding.
