The Other Sardinia Boat Excursions offers you a program not to be missed that will allow you to discover the magical beauty of the Sardinian coastal areas.

The tour mixes various tourist and recreational activities, including:

• 1st stage Cagliari / Macomer - Trenino Verde up to Bosa; visit to the city and stop for lunch; seaside stop in Torre Argentina and Torre Aragonese; in the evening transfer to Sassari (overnight stay, dinner and breakfast in a 3-star hotel)
• 2nd stage boarding at 9.00 from Porto Torres - mini-cruise on the island of Asinara with a bathing stop; return to Sassari at 8.00 pm
• 3rd stage departure at 9.00 from Sassari to Santa Teresa di Gallura - visit and bathing stop at Capo Testa; transfer in the afternoon to Palau; boarding for La Maddalena at 6.30 pm
• 4th leg of a mini-cruise in the Maddalena National Park with a vintage sailing ship - lunch on board; visit of the islands of Razzoli, Budelli and S. Maria

The Other Sardinia Trekking organizes a basic hiking course, essential to practice this activity correctly and safely.

The theoretical lessons are held by expert teachers and regularly qualified National Hiking Instructors.

The course consists of a first cycle of approximately 10/12 lessons during which the main themes of hiking are treated:

• equipment and materials
• logistics and route planning
• mountain progression and safety
• topography and orientation to be able to untangle yourself between compasses and topographical maps

To this theoretical part we add the excursions organized by L'Altra Sardegna Trekking during which we will discuss the topics of study to apply them in practice.

The Other Sardinia Speleology offers an interesting urban speleology course that takes place underground in Cagliari. Accompanied by expert instructors you will discover the hidden face of this ancient city:

The course takes place in collaboration with the Cavità Cagliaritane Group and is structured as follows:

• 1st Excursion - Theoretical lessons; quarry and mine activities in
• Cagliari; the first hydraulic works
• 2nd Excursion - Theoretical lessons; the Roman aqueduct; defense works,
• shelters, secondary works
• 3rd Excursion - The crypts; the sepulchral areas
• 4th excursion - The Roman aqueduct
• 5th excursion - The tanks of the Sella del Diavolo

Theory lessons take place once or twice a week (from 9pm to 10pm), while guided tours take place on Friday night or Saturday afternoon.

To participate in the urban speleology course proposed by L'Altra Sardegna Speleologia , neither special skills nor specific equipment are required; homologated helmets are provided by the same association to all participants.
