Sardinia Adventure Sports is a sports association that for some time has been dedicated to promoting sports activities that allow you to have direct contact with the natural environment. Together with us you will have the opportunity to dedicate yourself to:

• Trekking: by participating in guided excursions, you can discover the natural beauties that characterize Sardinia;
• Nordic Walking: practice Nordic walking and undertake a sport different from the usual that allows you to be outdoors;
• Snowshoes: even in winter we give the opportunity to stay away from the city and face new adventures in the snow;
• Mountainbike: pedaling you can discover new places and at the same time devote yourself to the sport you are most passionate about;
• Orienteering: learning how to move in the woods through the use of compasses and geographical maps that will help you not to lose your orientation.

Sardinia Adventure Sports Snowshoes allows you to experience winter in an alternative way. Sardinia is also snow and even if for a few months a year we will be able to guide you on the Gennargentu or on the Monti di Villasalto to experience a Sardinia different from what everyone is used to seeing.

Instead of the usual summer swimsuit, you will have a winter suit and jacket and instead of your flip-flops you will have boots tied to snowshoes. Snow-covered Sardinia is not part of the common imagination but thanks to our experience it will become one!

Sardinia Adventure Sports Trekking organizes trekking, which will take you to discover the wild Sardinia in total safety and tranquility. You can experience an unknown Sardinia, an island made of sea that turns into mountain paths and ancient pastoral and mining traditions.

Between San Vito and Villasalto there are kilometers of roads waiting for you, which until now have only been traveled by shepherds and miners. We prepare experiential journeys for you, with themed treks that will guide you through customs, trails, stories and ways of living in a journey of a few days from one mine to another or in transhumance with the flock.

One of the best ways to fully experience Sardinia is mountain biking and with Sardinia Adventure Sports MTB , specialized in cycle tourism, you can experience the pleasure of knowing the roads that characterize the natural paths of Island.

You will have the opportunity to choose between various routes that can vary from a few hours by bike to others that will take you to live up to 7 days of experience in complete autonomy and freedom. If you do not have a bike, we will provide it to you, also offering an assistance service along the way.

Compass, map and lots of space to run free in search of new emotions! Sardinia Adventure Sports Orienteering allows you to experience nature in an alternative way! With our instructors you will learn the principles of classical orientation and topography.

You will become familiar with the compass and coordinate meter and discover the pleasure of reading maps. By combining the course with hiking you will learn to walk everywhere without having to rely solely on technology, but on your knowledge and experience gained with our staff.

You can also live the experience of sports orientation made only of compass, map and the desire to run freely.

Sardinia Adventure Sports Nordic Walking offers the opportunity to devote yourself to Nordic walking and live unique experiences in the open air. Our instructors, ANI graduates, will guide you along the paths that lead to the mountains and the most beautiful and most isolated beaches in Sardinia.

You won't have to think about sticks, because they will be provided by our school, but your only thought must be to experience Sardinia! Our guides will give you the opportunity to embark on fabulous experiences by being in direct contact with nature and practicing a different sport than usual.
