Naturaeavventura Fly Diving Bike is a sports association that aims to pursue, without profit, the great passion of the group of founding friends for the Sicilian territory, a splendid land with infinite riches and possibilities , in which it will be possible to share and practice the many activities of direct contact with nature, which led to the birth of this nation.

From this shared desire to make known and promote our territories and our sports, the association Naturaeavventura Fly Diving Bike was born, with which we never pose and which offers us the possibility of channeling our infinite energy and desire for new proposals.

We are committed to making known the beauties, riches and continuous surprises of a land like our island , in particular, to foreigners who come to discover the region, but also to tourists from all over Italy and to Sicilians who are looking for a new way to admire and appreciate our coasts and our hinterland.

Our proposals range from aerial activities ( paragliding tandem ) to options for those who like to keep their feet on the ground ( trekking ).

Nature and Adventure proposes as an association opportunities to discover Sicily in its lesser known or touristically exploited aspects.

With its base in Palermo, the association offers many opportunities to fully experience the beauty of the Sicilian hinterland and coasts, with discovery itineraries on foot and beyond. The proposal of mountain bike excursions is a perfect variant for exploring the Sicilian mountains easily and in a fun way.

Our two excursion proposals, flagship of this category, are:

• in the footsteps of Frederick II in Mtb, an adventurous sporting and cultural journey to learn more about this king who changed southern Italy and Sicily so much.
• pedaling on the Nebrodi mountains, fascinating Sicilian mountains, green and with a spectacular view of Etna.

MTB is the best way to visit these places and do a sporting activity in contact with nature.

Arm yourself with a backpack, water and hat and you will be ready to start pedaling the MTB to discover the culture and nature of Sicily.

The horse trekking of Nature and Adventure will have a duration that can extend to your entire holiday in Sicily, with trips in tents and bivouacs, alternating with lunches and dinners in a farmhouse (whenever possible) or stays in bed & breakfast and hotel with daily equestrian excursions.

The excursions are divided into different degrees of difficulty , from the simplest for beginners and children, up to the most intense treks.

Riding our horses you can see Sicily from a totally new point of view, totally absorbed by the nature around you, in an atmosphere of past times, face to face with the most spontaneous nature, because for real in some areas, we will be the only ones in an extraordinary and wild scenario.

Our horses are loving and well trained.

We have prepared special routes for horseback riding both towards Mount Etna and in other areas around Palermo.

Among the flowers and greenery of these places we will walk with horses and we will also make stops to better see the landscape and rest.

The activity does not always take place within the year or, for this reason it is better to confirm before any booking.

With the tandem paragliding flights organized by Nature and Adventure you can only think about having fun, our trained free flight instructors will take care of the rest, who will accompany you throughout your experience .

A tandem paragliding flight is an experience suitable for everyone: a professional pilot, experienced and accredited to fly with a passenger, will fly with you to make you live an unforgettable adventure.

With just a couple of steps taken with the pilot, you will be immersed in a totally new world, suspended in the air in an experience made even more suggestive by the silence of a flight without an engine.

We recommend that you wear sturdy shoes, suitable for trekking and a windbreaker: for the rest, just remember to bring a great desire to fly with you!

There will be no need for specific flight knowledge or special skills or training, the Nature and Adventure Paragliding instructors will take care of all the flight practices.

During the flight you will be comfortably seated and absolutely free, to be able to take your photographs or make videos of your experience.

What if I suffer from vertigo? Often we pilots fly people who present their problem to us, contrary to what one might think, the problem of vertigo ceases to exist in flight. Thanks to the sitting position, in fact, the sense of balance is not used, moreover, the total absence of optical references with the ground cancels our sense of depth, thus eliminating dizziness.

The actual duration of your flight is variable and always determined by the weather conditions of the day . Taking flight is very simple: you run from a gentle slope, two steps and you are in flight !!! During the flight you remain pleasantly seated as in a comfortable armchair to admire the landscape and land in complete safety by gently placing your feet on the ground.

The trekking organized together with the sports association naturaeavventura fly diving bike and are of various duration and type, in order to satisfy both the more sporty and the less accustomed who are looking for an alternative way to visit Sicily .

For the more sporty there will be the possibility to choose a trekking that extends for the entire duration of the holiday and which includes overnight stays in tents and bivouacs and, where possible, tasty lunch and dinner breaks in a farmhouse .

For those looking for a less demanding activity, on the other hand, daily excursions will be organized with return to the hotel or b & b every evening .

Our itineraries are dotted with places unknown to most and excluded from famous tourist guides: here you will breathe the true air of nature, certainly not tourist resorts or crowded paths. We will immerse ourselves in uncontaminated environments, where nature reigns supreme.

Etna. Etna deserves particular attention, the largest volcano in Europe, which in June 2013 received an important recognition having been judged a World Heritage Site.
