Staying in contact with nature is the aim of our company called Ogliastra Adventure. We offer you various activities that will allow you to have real adventures. For motor, water and mountain lovers, we have everything for everyone.

These are all the activities we do with the most professional instructors:

• Thanks to our quads you will be able to go on excursions lasting one hour or a whole day. You will be able to use the most different places on the vehicle and you will feel truly free.

• Trekking is perfect for everyone. Different routes of different difficulty that allow you to reach the mountains through the most beautiful places. Here everything depends on you because you go on foot, so you put the rhythm in direct contact with nature.

• Canyoning is very fun because it has a lot of diversity, you can be in the water but also on the ground in the highest mountains. All material is approved.

• Climbing with us becomes a day full of adrenaline. We have walls that all lovers of this sport would like. All the rocks are close to the sea and this makes the activity more exciting.

• The last sport we have is softair. If you want to release all the tension you have, preparing and waging this war will be a lot of fun.

Ogliastra Adventure is the center in Nuoro where we do various activities that have nature in common. canyoning is an excursion full of adventure where you will do walking, diving and climbing with ropes.

All we ask is that we want to do something new and above all have a passion for water, because it will be our traveling companion. You don't have to have a professional background, because the instructor will explain everything to you before starting.

Our center will give you all the equipment to do the activity: neoprene, shoes, a wetsuit, harness, carabiners and rope. You will also need waterproof bags to carry food. Our professionals will give you a short lesson where you will learn movements and how to use the material, but they will always be with you, then if you have any doubts, just ask.

We have two different routes that will make you get to know Sardinia in a different way than usual. It will be an unforgettable experience.

Parachuting is undoubtedly the sport that requires the shortest preparation in the world: 5 minutes and you will be ready to make your first jump alone.

In addition to being a highly exciting sport, it is equally therapeutic: it allows you to release all your stress in a launch that will allow you to glide at 200 km per hour, which will absolutely not be felt, but only the well-being will be felt.

Ogliastra Adventure Parachute organizes parachuting courses to allow its customers to try this fantastic sport:

• Restraint rope: which consists of a theoretical and practical course, includes 6 theoretical lessons, promo DVD, 2 jumps (with automatic opening of the parachute) from 1200 m, teaching material (handouts), personal insurance is mandatory.

• AFF: - includes 7 levels in free fall from 4000 m, the first 3 levels with 2 instructors and air to air videos for "debriefing", the other jumps with 1 instructor and air to air videos.< /li>

At the end of the courses Ogliastra Adventure Parachute will issue all participants the parachutist student certificate which will allow the progression of the activity.

The quad is perfect for knowing places of a different shape to the usual one. Our centre, Ogliastra Adventure offers you various routes for enthusiasts of this sport. The excursions do not have the same duration, so you can choose which one you like best. You must come with a great desire to have fun.

These are the different paths:

• The first is Monte Idolo, with a duration of 1.30 minutes. It is very easy to do and you will reach the top of the mountain to enjoy the panorama that the whole valley offers you.

• The second route is Monte Idolo again, but with the route and the ring, that is, a duration of 3 hours and medium difficulty. First you will do the entire interior of the forestry site and then you will go to the top of the mountain. At the end you go back down near a lake.

• The last tour is Mount Olinie and the lake. It's the longest one, half a day in total with a slightly higher difficulty. This route is the most exciting because the area where you go is very beautiful and you go around 1400 meters above sea level.

• The route: you can go to the Sotzai Waterfalls, San Michele, Punta La Marmora...

• Difficulty: easy, medium and high.

Climbing is what adrenaline lovers really like. The feeling of arriving at the top of the highest mountain is wonderful. We have rock walls that are close to the sea, this makes the moment more beautiful.

To climb these walls you must be happy and have a lot of desire. We get the equipment to you because we know that not everyone has the right clothes and shoes. Our professionals will also be available for you, to teach you and then to be with you at all times.

It is a very tiring sport, so you have to be physically ready, but the feeling of being in contact with nature is the best thing you can find in life.

Ogliastra Adventure offers you the new adventure that has been recognized as a sport, Softair.

A group of 6 people who will play the "game of war", always with fun, all the rules must be respected. The weapons are a reproduction of the original ones, used by the army and are called Air Soft Gun. These weapons fire plastic pellets that travel at a speed of approximately 80 meters per second. These pellets leave no color on impact so when you are hit you must declare it.

To participate in this activity you must be perfectly prepared with the right equipment. In our center we have clothes, even masks and glasses that will bring you more safety. You can also have a compass, radio, and all the things that resemble reality.

Thanks to this sport you will be able to release tension, and as it is not a violent activity because physical contact cannot be used, it promotes group spirit.
