• The trekking is perfect for everyone. Different paths of different difficulty that allows you to reach the mountains through the most beautiful places. Here it all depends on you because you go on foot, then you put the rhythm in direct contact with nature.

• canyoning is great fun because it has a lot of diversity, you can stay in the water but also on the ground in the highest mountains. All the material is approved.

• climbing with us becomes a day full of adrenaline. We have walls that all lovers of this sport would like. All the rocks are close to the sea and this makes the activity more exciting.

• The last sport we have is airsoft . If you want to release all the tension you have, preparing and waging this war will be a lot of fun.

Ogliastra Adventure is the center in Nuoro where we do various activities that have nature in common. canyoning is an excursion full of adventure where you will do walking, diving and climbing with ropes.

We only ask to have the desire to do something new and above all to have a passion for water, because it will be our travel companion. You do not need to have professional preparation, because before starting the instructor will make you know everything.

Our center will give you all the equipment to do the activity: neoprene, shoes, a wetsuit, harness, carabiners and rope. You will also need watertight bags to carry your food. Our professionals will give you a little lesson where you will learn or movements and how to use the material, but they will always be with you , then if you have any doubts, just ask.

We have two different routes that will introduce you to Sardinia in a different way than usual. It will be an unforgettable experience.

Jumping with a parachute is undoubtedly the sport that needs the shortest preparation in the world: 5 minutes and you will be ready to make your first jump on your own.

In addition to being a highly exciting sport, it is equally therapeutic: it allows you to release all the stress in a jump that will allow you to glide at 200 km per hour, which will not be warned at all, but only your well-being will be affected.

Ogliastra Adventure Parachute organizes parachuting courses to allow its customers to try this fantastic sport:

• Binding rope : which consists of a theoretical and practical course, includes 6 theoretical lessons, promo DVD, 2 jumps (with automatic parachute opening) of 1200 meters, didactic material (handouts), personal insurance is mandatory.

• AFF: - includes 7 levels in free fall from 4000 meters, the first 3 levels with 2 instructors and air to air video for "debreefing", the other jumps with 1 instructor and air to air video.

At the end of the courses Ogliastra Adventure Parachute will issue to all participants the certificate of parachutist student which will allow the progression of the activity.

The quad is perfect for getting to know places of a different shape than the usual one. Our center, Ogliastra Adventure offers you different routes for fans of this sport. The excursions do not have the same duration, so you can choose which one you like best. You must come with a great desire to have fun.

These are the different paths:

• The first is Monte Idolo, with a duration of 1.30 minutes . It is very easy to do and you will reach the top of the mountain to enjoy the view that the whole valley offers you.

• The second route is Monte Idolo again, but with the route and the ring, that is, a duration of 3 hours and medium difficulty. First you will do everything inside the forest yard and then you will go to the top of the mountain. Eventually it comes down near a lake.

• The last lap is Mount Olinie and the lake. It is the longest one, half a day in total with a little higher difficulty. This route is the most exciting because the area where you go is very beautiful and you go around 1400 meters above sea level.

climbing is what adrenaline lovers really like. The feeling of reaching the top of the highest mountain is wonderful. We have rock walls that are close to the sea, this makes the moment more beautiful.

Ogliastra Adventure offers you the new adventure that has been recognized as a sport, the Airsoft.

A group of 6 people who will play the "game of war", always with fun, all rules must be respected. The weapons are a reproduction of the original ones, used for the army and are called Air Soft Guns. These weapons fire plastic pellets that go at a speed of about 80 meters per second. These dots leave no color on impact so when you are hit you have to declare it.

To participate in this activity you must be perfectly prepared with the right equipment . In our center we have clothes, even masks and glasses that will bring you more safety. You can also have a compass, radio, and all things that resemble reality.

Thanks to this sport you will be able to release tension , and as it is not a violent activity because physical contact cannot be used, it promotes the spirit of the group.
