To rafting it is very important to have a perfect scenario, with us, ProAlps , this scenario exists. We are in South Tyrol, so all our excursions will take place in the main valleys of this area. Some of these valleys are Val di Sole, Val di Fiemme or Passiria.

If you know how to swim and you want to live a different experience, you just have to take a small course with us where we let you know all the techniques of the activity, then the adventure begins. You can jump with our instructors in a parachute from an aircraft (plane, helicopter or hot air balloon) to savor the adrenaline-filled sensation of a free fall from 3000 meters above sea level up to the quiet open parachute landing. The proposals are organized from May to October and are intended for individuals who have already reached the age of 14. Depending on the route chosen, a certain technical preparation or a certain level of training will be required.

The duration is also variable according to the route, starting from a minimum of four hours, and can take place with their own equipment or for hire, in groups of 2 to 12 participants.

The proposals include a theoretical lesson on the path to be followed and on the management of the mtb and the accompaniment by an expert instructor.

climbing is a complete sport , which constitutes a perfect exercise for those who practice it, guaranteeing great fun.

With ProAlps you will go through different steps of increasing difficulty, in which each subject can find his ideal technical level and the path suited to his characteristics.

The activities take place in the months from May to October outdoors , and from September to May in the gym.

Access to climbing activities is allowed to individuals of at least 6 years of age, always with parental consent in the case of minors, and who enjoy normal psychophysical conditions.

Usually the meetings last three hours and are subject, in the case of outdoor activities, to weather conditions.

We recommend: sportswear suitable for the season and shoes in excellent condition.

All excursions take place with a maximum of 8 participants and a certified guide, including the theoretical lesson on climbing techniques and all the necessary equipment and a common one. The destinations of the excursions are established according to the needs and level of preparation of the group.

• Those who are not over 16 years old cannot participate.

• The paintball game has a duration of one hour , but we offer you the chance to do a little more.

• You need to rent the pitch to play but also the equipment , because there is a special one for this activity.

ProAlps is a center located in Bolzano , the perfect place to do many activities that have one thing in common, adrenaline. This would be the most important word with us, because everything we offer you is full of a very beautiful emotion that will make you unique.

Have you always wanted to fly in a special way? Then Bungee Jumping is what we recommend. A jump from 190 meters that takes place on the highest bridge in Europe . It is located between Brenner and Innsbruck and receives every day those capable of having this sporting challenge.

When you arrive at our center first of all we have a lesson where our very professional instructors will let you know the most important things about this activity. This theory lesson has to be done above all to know how to make the leap, so you have to be careful. You must know that equipment is important , wear clothes that are comfortable for you, shoes must be in good condition and all those with long hair should wear an elastic.

This activity is designed for the whole world, but there are some conditions, for example children under 16 cannot do the activity , and it is important to have a weight between 50 and 105 kilos . You don't have to be a professional of the sport, but you do have normal physical conditions.

Archery is a beautiful and exciting activity that you can do in our ProAlps center.

First of all, you must be over 6 years old , after that it is time to enjoy this excursion. With a duration of 90 minutes, you can relax and be in contact with nature in another way. Our center is located in Bolzano.

The day begins with a lesson made by our instructors, verio professionals who will make you learn all the secrets of this activity. You will be able to practice a little before going outside where all the diversion begins. Then do the 15 stations which are great fun, everything is like reality with fake animals that give more adrenaline to this experience.

Our instructors will always be with you, so if you have any problems you just have to tell them. We will provide you with all the necessary material and you alone have to bring your comfortable clothes.

For all those who love speed, in Bolzano we have the center of Karts . Our professionals will let you know all the secrets and you alone must prove your ability to drive.

The main features are:

• Groups of seven who will participate in the competitions. They must have an almost perfect physical and mental condition.

• The competitions have a duration of 30 minutes where we are sure that you will be able to release all the tension inside you.

• The slopes where the Karts are made are outdoor but we have the one in Innsbruck, covered, which we use if the weather is not the best.
