Between Antola and the sea is not only a tourist promotion association, but also a group of nature lovers and lovers of their lands.

Founded in 2008, the association aims to create a quality service for tourists, but also for local and neighboring inhabitants who want to discover Antola .

Our objectives are on the one hand the quality of general services such as accommodation, routes, guides and on the other hand eco-sustainability. or to promote tourism that is respectful of the environment and enhances artisanal production, as well as typical local products.

The main services that we frequently make available are:

• Guided trekking excursions : over the years we have developed numerous routes, each of which has different characteristics and peculiarities.
• Mountain bike excursions : in the Antola park there are various cycling routes that we will see together in our walks.

In the Antola Park you can not only take a day trip, but you can also stay overnight in the numerous structures, such as hotels and farmhouses. So every day you can take a different excursion!

In 2015 a new experience was born called MTB Antola , a project conceived to promote cycling routes in the Parco dell'Antola.

These areas have been promoted to offer tourists a unique and unrepeatable opportunity to discover these wonderful landscapes and the paths of the Antola Valleys, which offer 200 km of itineraries and routes distributed over 4 rings, each of which is between 25 and the 30 km.

The routes to be done in MTB are mainly 4:

• Torriglia routes , mainly divided into three itineraries that can be traveled by bike and also the route of the sea, whose length is about 163 km!
• Rovegno routes , a bike route in the Valtrebbia.
• Montoggio trails , a route in the Scrivia valley.
• Mount Caucasus Route , in the middle of the Ligurian Apennines.

All these itineraries can be covered in one day or even organized in weekend formula . We also have other weekend tours, including Mount Caucasus. Moments to spend with friends and family.

Between Antola and the sea promotes numerous trekking activities in this area of Liguria where seas and mountains meet.

We give the possibility of guided excursions both on the paths of Monte Antola and on those of Lake Brugneto .

Behind Genoa , but in a mountainous area we can admire breathtaking views with the sea in the distance on one side and the mountains on the other.

The main routes and paths that we follow in trekking are:

• Excursions to Carsi and Pentema, we will see the peasant museum and if you want we can eat in a typical inn of the area. Furthermore, in the evening we will attend a cocerto of a local group.
• Along the Brugneto , a one-day itinerary in which we will also tell you the legends of the lake.
• A day in Vallescrivia , above all to see the local farms and taste the excellent cheeses and delicious locally produced focaccia.

In addition to these day trips, we also organize trekking tours of several days, such as weekend walks in Caprile and along Monte Caucaso and Lavagnola and the Passo dei Casetti , also suitable for children and entire families which can also be done by mountain bike.
