Hydrospeed was born in France and is a lively finned swim using a kind of bob, which allows you to go down a river or stream with great excitement and a lot of fun.

The use of hydrospeed is recommended on rivers, even narrow ones, but never poor in water, and this is why the Dora Baltea is ideal for hydrospeed descents.

The only characteristic required of the practitioner is good aquatic skills, because with the hydro you go down "into the river" and not "on the river" like all other activities.
