Rafting is accessible to everyone with the only condition of knowing how to swim and being equipped with the necessary enthusiasm and spirit of adventure, this is due to the non-danger of this sport which may seem particularly extreme but in reality does not require particular training nor technique to its participants.

The Guide will instruct you on the necessary techniques before climbing onto the raft and will also accompany you on board, to guarantee a high level of safety even for those tackling the activity for the first time.

The school will provide you with everything you need to participate in the activity: the wetsuit, the protective helmet and the life jacket.

The descents take place in Valsesiaand inValle d'Aosta, on stretches of river of different difficulty so that the guide can establish the different level depending on the group. Among these, the main options you can choose are:

• Baby raft - This route consists of a short rafting descent suitable for little ones. From the age of 8 it is in fact possible to experience "adult emotions" in complete safety. It lasts about two hours of total commitment, during which balance games, dives and baths will be offered. Children can take part in the activity accompanied by a guardian or without, provided they have adequate authorization. Parents who decide not to participate in the excursion as companions will also be able to participate in a more demanding activity, suitable for adult participants.
• Baptism - Suitable for those who want to learn about this activity by dedicating just a couple of hours to it, it includes a small initial theoretical part during which the raft management techniques will be presented and the equipment will be distributed. We will travel about five km on the dinghy along a not particularly challenging stretch of Dora, the one that divides Morgex and la Salle, an opportunity to also take children sailing.
• Classic. we start immediately with a fast but not demanding stretch that we will cover for about three km, testing the group's coordination and correcting mistakes. After that, we will pass La Salle to head by raft towards the Arvier gorges. A cableway will help us transport the dinghy to the stretch of river where we will face a series of exciting 4th degree rapids to end our adventure in Villeneuve, where a shuttle will be waiting for us to take us back to thebase.
• Full. Thanks to the melting of the Mont Blanc glaciers, the Dora Baltea has an average flow rate of 60 cubic meters of water per second. The river forms various stretches of rapids along its course, which reach extreme peaks of grade III and IV. The Integral section involves a route 14 km long which we will tackle with a few breaks starting from the base of the center in Morgex. We will enter the Arvier gorges, full of magical views made of waterfalls and rock walls. We will leave the dinghy near Aosta to return to the headquarters and refresh ourselves with a hot shower.

Technically you will be supported by a floating "bob" which can be maneuvered individually with the weight of your body and the help of fins from above. It doesn't take much to be able toimmerse yourself directly in the adventure!

The group that participates in the outings will be under the supervision of a guide from the center who will prepare the participants on the best ways to tackle the descent, illustrating the river descent maneuvers and the ways to deal with the water lines.

Hydrospeed is also a way to experience your aquatic adventure first hand, because, even though the descent takes place in a group and accompanied by a guide, you will be the pilots yourself.
