Sicily is a wonderful land, surrounded by an equally incredible sea. The sea of Scopello with 7 km of coastal coastline of the Zingaro Nature Reserve is characterized by overhanging walls, caves, inlets and beaches with white pebbles.

Cetaria Diving Center , for over 10 years, has been offering diving and guided excursions by rubber dinghy with snorkeling on marine and underwater itineraries in the Zingaro Nature Reserve (Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo TP): the first area protected natural area of Sicily.

The headquarters of Cetaria Diving Center Scopello , located within the ancient medieval village of Scopello is the reference point for using services such as:

Cetaria Diving Center , has included in addition to diving, among its nautical itineraries some of the most interesting and evocative stretches of coast such as the Faraglioni di Scopello, Cala Capreria, Cala Disa and the Tonnarella Uzzo.

The seabed and the transparency of the sea offered by our Diving Center, offer pleasant surprises to the participants in guided dives in rubber dinghies and guided excursions with Snorkeling.

The Cetaria Diving Center team, thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the places, has selected the most interesting diving spots on the coast:

• Wreck of the Capua, an armed ship wrecked during the Second World War.

• Wreck of the Kent, known as the "ship of the Korans", sunk in 1978.

• The Grotta della Ficarella, whose entrance is located at a depth of 14 meters and from which begins a wide corridor that rises to the surface, above sea level, in a large cavern with a vault rich in stalactites and limestone encrustations.

• The Grotta del Leone or Grotta dei Gamberi, consisting of three large rooms and two entrances, one of which on the surface, which allows a comfortable and easy visit.

• The Impisu Wall, Punta Leone, Sotto la Galleria and the Edge of Cala Berretta, the Faraglioni and the Submerged Museum are only a part of the places to visit in the sea of Scopello.

We also think about the little ones: Cetaria Diving Center organizes courses for the little ones, aged 7 and up, to dive for the first time with scuba equipment and try their first breath underwater.

The Instructors of Cetaria Diving Center Scopello will accompany you hand in hand, in the wonderful underwater world, in absolute safety, and one at a time.

They will lead you to discover the colorful seabed without ever exceeding a depth of 5 meters.

The Zingaro Nature Reserve offers an incredible spectacle to all those who love deep inlets, wide valleys, sheer walls, small coves and semi-submerged caves.

the Guide of Cetaria will accompany you to all these places!

The program includes various stops for swimming and snorkeling (mask, snorkel and fins, included in the participation fee) in the less crowded points or reachable only by sea and in any case in the points authorized by the Harbor Master's Office.

There will be a stop with a "refreshment" service to be served on board (included in the participation fee) based on fresh seasonal fruit and cold white wine.

Among the itineraries that Cetaria Diving Center Scopello proposes we have: the Tonnara di Scopello; the Faraglioni; Punta Leone; Cala Disa; Cala Berretta; Cala Marinella; Cala dell'Uzzo; the Tower of the Impisu.

The boat is equipped with awning for the shade area and a ladder at the stern (rear part of the boat) to get off and on during the stops for swimming.

On request it is possible to organize excursions up to a maximum of 40 people.
