Only Kayak Canoa, for twenty years has allowed many river sports enthusiasts to descend the most rebellious rivers of Liguria on their canoe. The school deals with introduction to the sport of canoeing, holding courses on three levels:

• First level: approach to canoeing by those who have never paddled, with teaching of basic notions in flat water and first and third degree rapids.
• Second level: aimed at those who have already practiced this sport and want to learn new techniques and improve those already known.
• Third level: improvement, aimed at those canoeists who already have experience and intend to perfect their technique and style.

From beginners to the most experienced, everyone will be taught modern torrent descent techniques. The association also organizes courses in acrobatic canoeing and eskimo techniques.

The association organizes canyoning excursions for anyone, from undemanding ones for those who have never practiced this discipline, to more complicated ones for lovers of a slightly more adrenaline-filled adventure.

Only Kayak Hydrospeed allows you to engage in activities in direct contact with the water following the river current.

The participants, equipped with a neoprene wetsuit, a bob and a pair of fins, after a brief introduction to the descent with relative instructions, launch themselves into the current always preceded by a guide who indicates the routes to follow.

The groups are made up of a few people and it is not necessary to have had previous experience. The necessary instructions and equipment are provided by the organization, participants must be provided with swimsuit, towels, spare socks and cotton-wool shirt.
