The school provides equipment consisting of a wetsuit, wing, board and trapeze for the duration of the courses.

Point Break Fregene Surf is a school that offers a wide range of activities that allow you to learn the techniques of fun and very exciting water sports.

A group of expert instructors will make their knowledge available to all students to learn surfing techniques correctly. The school organizes:

• Basic Course: 3 hours to learn the various surfing techniques;
• Individual lessons: (1 hour) to perfect the techniques learned in the basic course.

The association has different types of boards to meet the needs of all surfers.

Efficient and very nice, our staff will follow you during the course of the didactic activities, in order to allow you to correctly learn the techniques of sailing.

The school has plans for:

• Sailing courses: consisting of 5 lessons; to learn the fundamentals of navigation, learning the use of tools on the boat and when to put into practice the maneuvers; each lesson lasts an hour and a half and involves the participation of a maximum of two students.

Lessons take place on safe catamarans that will allow you to experience a fun and exciting boating adventure.

Point Break Fregene Windsurf is an amateur sports association that allows you to embark on an exciting and fun sport.

With a board and a sail, you can participate in activities that will allow you to get to know windsurfing in detail. The school staff organizes the following courses:

• Beginners: basic windsurfing maneuvers are taught; consisting of 5 lessons of one hour and 50min each.
• Refinement: these are individual lessons that allow you to improve the techniques learned previously; consisting of 4 lessons of about an hour and 50min each;
• Funboard: structured in 4 individual lessons of one hour and 50min each; deepen windsurfing techniques, learning the power jibe, the use of straps, gliding gait and starting from the beach;
• Professional: these are individual lessons of one hour each and allow you to perfect maneuvers that will allow you to become expert windsurfers.

The school also organizes 4-hour courses for children.
