Vivere l'Aniene Climbing is a club that promotes the practice of sports that allow you to be in direct contact with nature.

The center based in Subiaco, a small town in the province of Rome, is nestled in the beautiful valleys of the Aniene, places that offer a wide range of opportunities to practice disciplines that allow you to experience great adventures.

The club actually allows all climbing lovers to try their hand at this sport on large rocky walls that frame fascinating natural environments.

Thanks to the competent and professional staff, you will be able to follow personalized educational courses, based on several levels, which allow you to learn or improve climbing techniques.

Everyone can challenge themselves and overcome their fears. Classes are normally held in groups of at least 3 people, last one and a half hours each and can be of easy, medium or difficult difficulty.

Vivere l'Aniene Trekking is a club born in Subiaco, a small town in the province of Rome, which seeks to promote and encourage the practice of sports that allow you to stay in direct contact with nature.

The center, nestled in the valleys of the Aniene, allows everyone, both adults and children, to participate in interesting trekking excursions in the park of the Simbruini mountains and cross paths that will lead you to the discovery of wonderful places, in where nature reigns luxuriantly.

It will be possible to capture the facets of the natural environment and learn to recognize its scents, colors and silences, appreciating the charm of a little-known universe.

You will be able to participate in excursions of 2, 3 or 5 hours (in groups of at least 4 people) of different difficulty (easy-medium-difficult), spend wonderful days, in complete tranquility and leave any bad thoughts at home.

Vivere l'Aniene Canoa is a club formed in Subiaco in the province of Rome, which seeks to promote protection and love for the environment through a series of outdoor sports activities open.

The center, thanks to the staff of which it is composed, allows you to launch into the practice of a river sport that thrills many people.

The club actually plans a series of canoe courses based on several levels, which allow you to learn the various techniques to learn to descend in total autonomy.

Course participants will attend lessons of about two hours each and must arrive with the right equipment to face the adventure completely safe.

The descents on the Aniene river will be of easy-medium and medium difficulty and will require the participation of at least 4 people.
