• De la Tamai (Monte Pelmo). The vertical walls found in our area are a magnet for lovers of mountaineering and climbing. There are thousands and thousands of possibilities for rock climbing suitable for different levels of difficulty. Here are some examples of what we organise. We also give you the possibility to choose where to organize your climbing. Our guides will accompany you wherever you want.

Courses for the less experienced, to learn the fundamentals of mountaineering and the correct behavior to adopt in the mountains

• Low Campanile - Via Normale. Climb to the solitary spire of the western Brenta Dolomites.
• Croda Bianca (Tessari) (Marmarole Group). Magnificent mountaineering itinerary that climbs the very healthy slabs of Croda Bianca.
• Tofana di Rozes (Tofane). from the Rozes face, famous and loved by mountaineers, it is a historic route that develops right in the center of the face,
• Climb to the Torre dei Sabbioni. Magnificent isolated tower between the Sorapiss and Marmarole groups near the Forcella Grande.
• Ascent to Mount Pelmo (3164 m)
• Climb to Croda Bianca (2840 m) - Spigolo Fanton. Fascinating peak among the most beautiful of the Marmarole.
• Climb to the top of Cridola (2520 m) (Spalti di Toro)

Here are some of our itineraries, along which you will be accompanied by professional mountain bike or free ride instructors.

• Pale di San Martino plateaus (Civetta - Moiazza). Two days of pure free ride suitable for experts. Due to the difference in altitude during the journey, there are some highly difficult sections that can also be covered by taxi. We will stay overnight in the refuge and have lunch along the way.
• Taxi bike on the "Lunga via delle Dolomiti". Satisfying bicycle excursion to discover the former narrow-gauge railway between Calalzo, Cortina and Dobbiaco. It will be 50 km of easy cycling, downhill with flat moments.
• Mietres. 16 kilometers rather difficult to cover with a difference in altitude of 526 metres. You will use a dirt mountain bike with a helmet.
• Gotres-Lerosa tour. 800 meters of altitude difference distributed over 32 kilometers of journey. Difficult experience suitable for those who already have experience on two wheels.
• San Candido - Sesto - Alpe di Nemes (Val Pusteria). An adventure in the eastern part of Alto Adige rich in flora and typical landscape. The route has a difference in altitude of 1114 meters which extends over 50 km. Some climbs are challenging.
• Tour of the five refuges (Fanes - Senes - Braies Natural Park). Famous tour, which actually passes through 8 refuges. We pass through the natural parks of the Dolomites and Fanes, Senes and Bries, fairytale and uncontaminated places. 39 km with a high difference in altitude of 1670 metres.
• A day of Free-Riding in the Dolomites. From Forcella Averau begins an endless descent to Caprile. Various free-ride routes of varying difficulty start from Fertazza, arriving in Alleghe. The starting points can be reached by public transport.

Dolomites Adventure Adventure Parks invites you to experience the mountain adventure as a game and have fun with it! Join us in the Belluno province to try.

This experience is especially suitable for children because it allows them a first contact with the Dolomites, safely and giving them an unforgettable day.

Here are some suggestions:

• climbing days, via ferratas and adventure parks for children up to 12 years old (in Cadore, Auronzo, Misurina). The difficulty level of the experience is low. The course will be planned and supervised by internationally qualified and professionally qualified mountain guides.
• Adventure routes in Val d'Oten. Two adventurous days in one of the wildest and most beautiful valleys of Cadore, with climbing routes, Tibetan bridges. The qualified guides will decide, based on the abilities of the participants, the degree of difficulty of the experience.

Dolomites Adventure Canyoning allows you to experience a new type of climbing, but in reverse! Descend the gorges of the Dolomites with ropes and ropes. This is canyoning!

Our proposal is a descent of the Val Ciolesan - Claut stream in the Friulian and Oltrepiave Dolomites. It is a gorge in the limestone with clear waters and a not too technical descent. From a landscape point of view you will encounter the wonders that our nature offers you combined with interesting geological aspects.

To get to the stream we will walk an hour through the green forest. This excursion is also suitable for beginners and for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8.

The technical equipment (wetsuit, shoes, helmet, harness and ropes) is provided by our mountain guides.

Dolomites Adventure Paragliding gives you the opportunity to experience the thrill of free flight or give it to a loved one.

The flight is suitable for everyone and can be tried from the age of 14 (with parental consent).

The two-seater flight leaves from the top of Monte Grappa and can be organized every day.
