The Agriturismo Le Lupinaie, located in Rocca Strada, in the province of Grosseto, in the full greenery of the Tuscan Maremma, was designed in full harmony with the environment: in fact numerous measures have been taken to >respect the territory in which it is located: thanks to a solar panel systemyou have hot water, while the heating and cooling of the rooms is done with the floor radiant. In this way there is a great energy saving.

The treatment we reserve for our customers includes: overnight stay, breakfast and half board.

The services we offer are TV, air conditioning and private bathroom in the room.

Our cuisine is entirely and exclusively typical Tuscany: all seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and using only local products.

LeLupinaie Pesca offers its customers the opportunity to practice sport fishing at Lake Rumacchi in Roccastrada, one of the best lakes in the whole of Maremma.

The lake is located just 6 km from our farm and you can fish various species of trout, from salmon to char, with a weight ranging from 400 g up to 1 kg. 8,650. We have put at your disposal a barbecue near the lake, to enjoy the tasty meat of these freshly caught fish. Furthermore, since September of last year it has been possible to have picnics in the adjacent meadows and with our food, however always on the basis of reservations.

The permitted baits are: earthworm, mealworm and gramignolo; while all lures, groundbait, improper use of fishing rods and baiting of 2 or more retrieval fishing hooks are prohibited.

From 12 June 2010 the lake will be open to carp fishing, the "No Kill Carp Fishing Ground": fishing that can be practiced from June to September where the regulation consists of throwing the freshly caught carp back into the lake.

Since last summer, Lupinaie Vela has been offering its customers the opportunity to combine the formulas of our farmhouse with the sailing school.

Through collaboration with a Sailing, Sailing and Charter Company, it offers a one-week stay: 3 days to spend in a farmhouse (with half board in a double room and private bathroom) and 3 days on a sailing boat, accompanied by qualified skippers, to discover the Tuscan Archipelago.

The sailing boat excursion program includes 3 days on a sailing boat with a skipper and, at your request, a hostess to help you discover the beautiful coasts of the Tuscan archipelago, with itineraries such as the Giglio Island, Montecristo and the Island of Elba.

Flying in a hot air balloon is one of the most beautiful and unique experiences a person can have in their life. Flying over the Tuscan landscape, aboard a hot air balloon, reminds us a bit of the book "Around the World in 80 Days".

The Lupinaie Hot Air Balloon Flight, with a reservation made at least 4 days in advance, allows you to take hot air balloon excursions over places such as Siena, Saturnia and Monte Amiata.

From this year it is also possible to fly on the largest hot air balloon in the country, a 7000 cubic meter balloon, capable of carrying up to 12 people.

The hot air balloon adventure lasts approximately 3 hours and the departure is set for dawn in the summer months and an hour later in the other months of the year. Once the balloon has been inflated with the fan, the adventure begins...our guests will be able to admire one of the most beautiful Italian landscapes from above.

After the three hours have passed, upon landing, there will be a toast for the passengers for their baptism in flight and the Lupinaie Volo Mongolfiera will offer its experienced pilots, Tuscan products and a flight certificate .

The Lupinaie Quad is pleased to offer its customers the possibility of carrying out spectacular Quad excursions for its customers.

We offer ATV rental for excursions guided by our experts, who will be happy to take you to places where civilization has not yet arrived.

The choice is in the hands of the customer who can decide to come with his own transport or rent one of ours, and to take guided tours or not, or to choose one of our itineraries or to propose new ones himself. In short, Lupinaie Quad is at the complete disposal of customers, in first place in our farm management policy.

Quad excursions may have a variable duration, from half a day to several days, depending on the itinerary to be followed.

The ATV is a small off-road vehicle, safe and robust, which will give you a lot of satisfaction: easy to drive, it will take you to "forgotten" corners of the planet, where it would be difficult to reach with other means.

The only thing you need is to have a driving license, a passenger's identity document, and suitable clothing, complete with helmets, gloves and glasses to protect yourself from the branches of the trees.

The Trekking Roccastrada with its 146 km of paths, mule tracks and cart paths are suitable for excursions on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike. The routes that can be taken are different and all aimed at enhancing these areas: "virgin" areas from a naturalistic point of view and limitedly inhabited.

Le Lupinaie Passeggiate a Cavallo is pleased to offer its guests the opportunity to get closer to the splendid animal that is the horse through various possibilities:

• English Riding and American Riding lessons: theoretical lessons will be given complete with the screening of specific videos to learn more about the techniques, which will be accompanied by practical lessons.

• Individual and group riding lessons for beginners

• Horse riding along paths and woods adjacent to Roccastrada.

For beginners, 1 or 2 hour horseback rides are planned, along a simple but very suggestive route; for the more experienced, longer rides are planned which also include fords or steeper climbs.

Our routes are all located in the densest Mediterranean scrub, far from traffic, roads and any form of civilization that could disturb your peace and relaxation.

Lupinaie Passeggiate a Cavallo offers qualified instructors and guides for excursions and riding lessons, and it will also be possible to ride along the trekking paths that connect Roccastrada with the neighboring countries.< /p>
