A.S.D. Canoa Club Lao Pollinowas born on 22 January 1996 with the aim of spreading river sports such as Olympic canoeing, canyoning and rafting, with the aim of spreading the passion for water sports in Liguria among young people.< /p>

All activities that favor the Team Building technique, a technique started in America with success on children, but also used by companies as training activities where the objective is to "form a group" of people and obtain the maximum in terms of performance.
One way is that of team building which is becoming increasingly popular in Italy, which helps to make people who know each other superficially in the office more deeply acquainted, thus creating and stimulating an increase in trust between colleagues, thus improving the level of collaboration, stimulating creativity, and above all encouraging communication between them.

A.S.D. Canoa Club Lao Pollino Canoaoffers you the opportunity to come into contact with nature in a fun way. If you want to get away from the monotony of the city, the center offers you various types of courses that are suitable for everyone and all ages.

Courses:

First level course: It is a course for beginners, structured in 3 lessons of 2/3 hours, to be carried out in 2 or 3 days. After finishing the course the student will have the possibility of continuing to use the club swimming pool so as to be able to better experiment and perfect what has been learned during the lessons.

Second level course

Courses for Groups and Schools: Offers learning paths for groups (school, scouts, and similar).

Personalized and specialized courses: A course offered to people who would like to take targeted and highly specialized courses in the discipline of canoeing.

A.S.D. Canoe Club Lao Pollino Canyoning (or canyoning) consists of the descent of gorges (canyons) which have been dug over time by watercourses. This discipline is done along the stream on foot, without the use of a dinghy or canoe. The routes are of two types of categories aquatic or dry.

Our Routes:

• Canyoning Gole del Raganello; Travel time of approximately 4 hours, Difficulty: The route is of medium difficulty (minimum age 18 years)

• Caldanello Ferrata (Gravina di Cerchiara), travel time of approximately 3 hours; Difficulty: A route suitable for equipped hikers.

A.S.D. Canoe Club Lao Pollino Rafting Raftingnow one of the most popular extreme sports in river disciplines, consists of a descent on a particular unsinkable and self-draining dinghy into a river rapid. The possible number of people on board is 4-8 people. A guide operates the dinghy and coordinates the group in maneuvers on the river; Rafting is an adventure sport with team spirit creating pure adrenaline among the people involved in this activity..
