Rafting Adventure Lao is a river navigation company recognized by the Italian Rafting Federation, engaged in accompaniment activities on rivers and streams strong> of the Center-South aboard different vehicles.

The main office is located in Papasidero in the province of Cosenza, and we offer various activities, such asrafting, canyoning, trekking, paragliding, orienteering, kayaking and quad excursions.

Our guides are patented by the same federation, they always show a personal passion for the river environment, combining professionalism and experience gained in Italy and in numerous expeditions abroad. The Pollino Park and its wonderful scenery are the starting points for excursions and expeditions wherever there is white water to "ride".

The river is an ideal meeting place for both teenagers and children, where you can play, study and have fun at the same time. The proposed programs are designed with a recreational and/or educational focus and dedicated to schools, scout groups and summer centers and will be accompanied by river guides and naturalistic companions who are experts in both communication and relationships with younger people.

The river experience is excellent for seeking or rediscovering a stronger contact with the natural space that surrounds us individually. But together with our family or friends the experience takes on the values of sharing and fun.

Rafting Adventure Lao provides all the equipment necessary to carry out the activity safely, including wetsuit, water jacket, life jacket, helmet and neoprene socks. We recommend bringing a swimsuit, a technical fabric/microfibre t-shirt for the colder months, a towel and shower equipment.

We offer you different types of walks to do with us:

• Trekking in the Argentino river valley in natural environments of particular value in nature reserves.
• The oriented nature reserve. The valley, deeply incised, has an east-west trend, with altitudes ranging from 1,632 m. of Mount Palanuda at 150 m. of the valley floor and a rich flora and fauna typical of the area.
• Scalea - Orsomarso for a duration of three hours, a length of 30 km and a low level of difficulty.
• Loc. Scorpani - Orsomarso, 40 kilometers long, 5 hours long and a challenging difficulty.
