Scuola Sci Macugnaga is the first ski school in Macugnaga, founded in 1962.

At the Macugnaga Ski School you can count on a team of Instructors, Coaches and Alpine Guides trained in all mountain sports practices.

The Group courses and the single lessons that our school organizes concern:

This school, active since the sixties, based in Macugnaga offers every year, at the opening of the lifts, group courses and single lessons snowboard suitable for everyone, from beginners who have never set foot on the snow, to more practical skiers who want to get closer to the board or improve their technique.

Our staff is renewed in its summer version and offers courses on Nordic Walking all weekends, to be able to learn this complete technique that leads you to explore our territories even without the snow, being able to enjoy the beautiful landscapes revealed by the thaw and the famous benefits of a healthy practice like Nordic Walking .

Our teachers will prepare you with the correct exercises and will help you maintain the correct posture during walking with sticks, the secret of Nordic is not in fact the use of sticks to get strength and not to lean on, only this way you can maintain the correct posture and activate all the muscles of your body during the movement.

You can rent shovel , artva and probe to practice ski mountaineering from one to six days, depending on of your needs, and snowshoes on a daily basis according to the needs that you will be called by your desire to hike.
