Centro X Rafting Val di Sole Rafting invites you to participate in our adventure suitable for everyone!
What we propose consists of sailing the water of the Noce river aboard special inflatable boats called Rafts. An expert guide will give directions to the crew, who take an active part in the descent.

What you will experience during your excursion will be an explosion of emotions, which will mix the fun and satisfaction that will envelop you for the great adventure experienced.

The proposed descents can also be tackled by beginners thanks to the method of progressive approach to the practice that characterizes the approach of theCentro X Rafting Val di Sole.

All the routes designed by the center are characterized by an easy first part which is, for the most part, panoramic and which gradually develops and increases in difficulty, with a crescendo of rapids and progression techniques between the rocks.
There are several descents proposed:

• Bio-Bio - the descent-baptism to take place on the Noce river, is aimed at children and those who don't feel like tackling a descent with stronger currents. It is absolutely safe and represents a good first opportunity to approach rafting.

• Rio Claro - also suitable for kids and beginners, it is a perfect combination between a fair dose of adrenaline and the safety suitable for those who have never faced rapids.

• Blue Nile - Boarding takes place very close to our centre, to immediately come into contact with the wild and impetuous nature of the Noce river, tackling the legendary and best-known rapids with picturesque names: Piramide, Frog's hole , Goal, Torretta, P. Story.

• Colorado River - half a day of great emotions with this river descent with a progressively higher technical and adrenaline-filled level up to a maximum of adrenaline that will leave you breathless!

• Integral - For an intense, satisfying day on the river, adding the two "classic" routes 10 + 15 km, for an almost total discovery of the entire navigable stretch of the Noce in Val di Sole. This descent , with a short refreshment break at approx. half the route, it is accessible to everyone, adults even without any rafting experience.

• Zambesi Lake - To experience an adrenaline-filled descent with the most challenging and exciting passages of the Noce, in the most impervious and evocative point of the river: the Mostizzolo Canyon with arrival at Lake S. Giustina. This route is only suitable for those with strong nerves and a minimum of experiencerafting.

• At the school of rafting - as the name itself states, a proposal developed to start your journey as professionals in this sport and think about a career as a rafting guide. It is perfect to experience together with your friends, for example to have a sporting and unconventional holiday, as it allows you to learn the techniques for driving the raft and experiment with all the maneuvers and descents. The course is accompanied by theoretical lessons that help you speed up your knowledge of the equipment and make correct use of it.

You can choose between midweek descents and those reserved for weekends. In the case of single descents, a short theoretical lesson is given by the guide before getting on the raft, so that you know how to approach the descent and what behavior to adopt.

You won't have to worry about reaching the complete group of participants, you can in fact also take part in the descents individually, joining other participants.

Nordic walking is a sporty walk that was created to be carried out in a mountainous environment and relies on the use of poles specifically designed for this practice which contribute to maintaining the correct posture during the activity and allow the muscles of the whole body to activate, as is characteristic of the correct execution of this practice.

The Center will provide you with the material and a qualified alpine guide will take you on an excursion to the splendid Val Di Sole to discover the enchanting scenery that only the uncontaminated nature of northern Italy can give you . Once you have learned the simple technique, it will be possible to apply the walking gesture even on independent excursions and thus make the most of your sporting-hiking activity.
