The AltoX Canyoning School organizes outings for groups in the company of expert guides and with variable levels of difficulty:

• Canyon alla Giorno - single outings in the Susa Valley and nearby Brianconnais
• Canyon a Go Go - intensive canyoning course in the most evocative places in Europe (Val Roya, Esteron, Vercors, Haute Savoie, Sierra de Guara, Sardinia)

By wearing the appropriate neoprene suits, you will experience the thrill of crossing the natural gorges created over millennia by the corrosive action of water. The only condition, obviously, is knowing how to swim and knowing how to abseil.

Canyonig is an adrenaline-filled sport that offers spectacular adventures and in the company of our instructors you can practice it without risk!

At the AltoX Sci School we organize Alpine Skiing courses starting from the first days of December in the company of highly qualified instructors.

To start with, short and easy outings are carried out in Val di Susa and, as the level of the students improves, more challenging routes are organised. Our courses are divided into:

• Basic Course - for those who want to know the basic principles of ski mountaineering
• Advanced Course - for those who already have some experience and want to improve their training and tackle more difficult trips
• Ski mountaineering trips
• Haute Route Ski Mountaineering

The AltoX Snowshoe School organizes splendid winter excursions with snowshoes in Val di Susa. In the company of our expert Alpine Guides you can enjoy the silence of the woods and snow-capped valleys.

You will follow in the footsteps of chamois and hares and experience the splendid nature of the Alps in direct contact.

Snowshoes are not just an aid for walking on the snow, they have also become a real sporting activity to be practiced at any age.

This sport is simple to practice and very effective on a physiological level (for muscles and breathing), as well as being really fun!

The Alpine Guides of the AltoX Trekking School organize summer and winter excursions in Val di Susa to accompany you in the discovery of our splendid mountains.

In summer you can walk through the woods and follow the paths that cross mountains and valleys, feeling in symbiosis with the uncontaminated nature of the place.

In winter we organize mountaineering courses of various levels of difficulty. Our introductory course is ideal for those who try their hand at mountaineering for the first time and follows the following 5-day program (consecutive or non-consecutive):

• day 1 - Rock climbing technique
• day 2 - Ice technique
• day 3 - Ascent of modest effort
• day 4 - Morning rest, afternoon climb to the refuge
• day 5 - Ascent to the high mountains

We also organize training weekends (in which we impart the basic notions of mountaineering in 2/3 days) and improvement courses for those who already practice classic mountaineering and want to improve their technique.

The AltoX Climbing School accompanies its students in discovering this beautiful "vertical" sport.

Our expert Alpine Guides will allow you to practice climbing safely and on rock walls suited to your level of preparation.

We organize internships to give you complete theoretical and physical training, so that you quickly become self-sufficient on the wall. The teaching is divided into two main parts:

• study of movement and technical progression of climbing
• knowledge of the equipment and correct use of the same
