Valle del Menotre Rafting invites you to come and have fun on the Corno river in Umbria!
We will discover the river in an absolutely original way, aboard rafting dinghies that will allow us to challenge its rapids and water lines for an excursion guided by a qualified rafting instructor, lasting approximately two hours.

The descent that the Valle del Menotre team offers you is made up of two parts that face sections of the river characterized by different technical demands. Both can be tackled even by beginners after a short briefing.

The first stretch is a quiet descent that will take you to experience the crossing of the Biselli gorge, which characterizes the course of the Corno river at the height of Serravalle di Norcia. We will also dedicate ourselves to a pleasant swim in the river. Here there will also be a stop to swim and drink water from a spring that flows directly from the rock

The second section of the river, however, has a more lively flow, with very fun rapids which can however be tackled in total safety and without the need for technical knowledge.

Valle del Menotre Quad invites you to participate in our excursions and experience strong emotions on four wheels!

The quad is a versatile and comfortable vehicle to drive, also suitable for two people. Experience the fun and advantage of being able to move on any terrain: mud, stones, water, the Quad doesn't ask for anything better!
To participate in a quad excursion it is not essential to have had previous experience in driving a quad or have particular knowledge, the easy driving mode will ensure that you are independent from the first section covered.

The quad will completely win you over straight away and, once you gain a little confidence, you will no longer be able to do without it.

The excursions can be undertaken by everyone and include different itineraries:

• the first is a simple itinerary in the midst of nature, which starts from the hills of the valley to reach the Colfiorito Oasis
• another technically more complex and adrenaline-filled route, ideal for those who want to experience a more extreme emotion, takes place on a mixed route that leads to Passo delle Capre,
• various cultural routes that wind along the villages located in the valley and have points of cultural, artistic and religious interest in the program.

Valle del Menotre Trekking invites you to relax, to start an adventure with a slow pace, look around, there will always be a new flower, an insect, a color that will amaze you.

During the walk it is possible to appreciate the silence, rediscover its beauty and savor those small noises that, due to distraction and sound pollution, escape us: the sound of our steps on the soft ground, our breathing and that of the nature that surrounds us.< /p>

Trekking allows you to completely forget the stress or adrenaline of competition, because you live in a group and all participants walk at the slowest pace.

It's a way to make new friends, learn patience and rediscover the beauty of a slow pace, rediscover the ability to savor the details.

A taste of the routes we offer, with two unmissable proposals:

• guided trekking to the Menotre waterfalls
• guided trekking and excursion to the Hermitage of S. Maria Giacobbe.

In the case of the two routes indicated, these are excursions lasting approximately an hour and a half, along routes of great historical and naturalistic importance, which will be illustrated to you during the trek by the trained guide who will accompany you for the entire duration of the journey.

Choosing the guided trek will allow you to enrich your knowledge of the area and its characteristics, as well as allowing you access to the hermitage of Pale, a surprising visit closed to the public.

You can also combine the two routes and add a small refreshment or lunch.

Valle del Menotre Segway invites you to experience nature without disturbing it!

What we give you access to is a new way to live your tourist experiences, responsibly on board a comfortable and ecological vehicle, which has the advantage of having practically zero impact on the environment: the Segway.

The speed of the Segway is simply adjusted with the position of the body, but it is always characterized by a reduced speed reaching a maximum of 8 km per hour, which will give you the necessary time to admire the landscape that surrounds you.

Once you have learned the simple mechanism that regulates it, the movement becomes absolutely natural and completely automatic, as if you were simply having to walk and this will ensure that you can move along your tourist routes without having to worry about driving.

Once you have tried it, you will discover how the Segway is an absolutely electrifying experience, which allows you to really "experience" the area, enjoying every little sound, scent and color.

Valle del Menotre Horse Riding invites you to try horse riding in Umbria and come and meet our horses for wonderful walks in nature to the rhythm of the horse!

The type of hiking to which horse riding gives access is, in itself, an experience that is difficult to forget, which allows you to come into contact with nature thanks to this sensitive and gentle animal, and which can be practiced by anyone at any age, for the great psycho-physical benefits it offers.

The relationship with the horse is built through various experiences. It will be possible to take part in simple and peaceful walks in the streets of the valley as well as, for those who do not feel confident in the saddle, take part in the first approach lessons that the center organises.

We offer you the possibility of courses and options, the last of which can be combined with a visit to the waterfalls.

Choose the perfect option for you between:

• Short lesson on first approach to riding - duration 1 hour
• Short lesson and, to follow, a short horseback ride - duration 1 hour
• Horseback riding in the Menotre Valley for 2 hours.
• Horseback ride with lunch break with the group, along the way or on the way back.

Valle del Menotre MTB offers you to get on the saddle with us and try our mountain bike excursions to experience the pleasure of pedaling!

Experience what it means to practice a sport in direct contact with nature together with the pleasure of feeling fit, admiring magnificent landscapes and relaxing deeply.
What distinguishes us and characterizes us is the inclusion in a wide-ranging environment with wonderful points of landscape interest.

Here is an example of one of our proposals. We start from Ponte Santa Lucia, travel a few kilometers uphill to Sostino and once we arrive we admire a breathtaking landscape. Subsequently, ups and downs alternate until reaching 822 m. What makes the route curious is that in winter there is the possibility of encountering snow in some sections, frozen puddles that crash as bikes pass, snow-covered fields and white peaks... a panacea for the mind and body!< /p>
