- Between Norcia and Cascia, you can go rafting along the river for a 12-kilometre stretch. For the more experienced, a 2-hour rafting trip is available and for children (including those under the age of 14), a 1-hour descent is also available.

The first section of this river's rafting begins in the Biselli Gorge, where the river glistens with different hues of green and flows fast and will leave you captivated. Then there's a second stretch when the forest thickens, the speed picks up, and you'll come across a tiny waterfall.

You will be provided with all essential equipment for the descent, including a helmet, vest, and waterproof suit, as well as a life jacket. All you need to bring is swimming wear and a towel. Don't forget to dress accordingly for the season!
