Le Fontanelle Passeggiate a Cavallo was born from a deep love for horses, our qualified SIH (Italian horseman school) instructor is at your disposal to teach you how to ride a horse and to teach you a particular way of communicating with these splendid animals, with personal or group lessons.

We organize excursions to visit the wonderful Pollino National Park, along routes suited to the level of preparation of the participants. The Center has 12 garages and paddocks. Our courses are aimed at students of all ages:

• Horsemanship lessonsin riding stables, individual or group.
• Walks in the Pollino National Park of two or more hours.
• 2-day summer horseback excursions to visit the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Pollino, at 2000 meters above sea level.
• Taming and Training horses
• Cowboy weekend: roping lessons (use of the lasso)

The Le Fontanelle Enoturismo company is located not only in a place where nature is the protagonist, but where cuisine also plays a main role.

The farmhouse is a rustic and pleasant place, where you can taste some of the most peculiar dishes of Morano Calabro. The dishes are prepared with particular passion by Mrs. Rosella Tamburi. Including the main courses, they already change from the appetizer: local ham, capocollo, in oil and grilled vegetables, cheeses. Among the first courses are the rasciatelli, seasoned with an excellent pork sauce and the filatelli with aubergines, tomato and mushrooms . There is also a wide choice of second courses, all made with meat produced by the company or from nearby farms. Every dish prepared with remarkable goodness and authenticity, where words are not enough, you have to go and try it, and that's it.

The company uses only organic products, such as the tasty extra virgin olive oil.

Le fontanelle Rafting organizes rafting in the Lao river where it is possible to go down in a rubber dinghy. The Lao river is located within the Pollino National Park. Surely for rafting lovers it is one of the most intact water routes and of greatest ecological and historical significance in all of southern Italy.

Le Fontanelle Canyoning to offers the possibility of practicing this "extreme sport" which is practiced in the descent of gorges dug over time by streams, crossing the stream on foot with equipment. The type of sport involves rappelling, jumping, diving and slides. Sport can be played in a group, consisting of 4 to 6 members.

In the Raganello Valley: 32 Km long. Raganello explores 13 gorges which in some points overhang for 700 m. The 10 km that from Pietramonte end at the Devil's Bridge allow you to admire, along a difficult descent of the river, fantastic river erosion figures, modeling and turning of rocks of overwhelming beauty.
