Lao Action Raft Canoe Center invites you to try the descent of the Lao River using an inflatable canoe, which can be single or double. You will thus experience the thrill of descending the river independently and safely, always followed by one of our qualified guides.

Centro Lao Action Raft Canoa offers you the thrill of a canoe descent down a watercourse even for the first time, thanks to the inflatable "ducky" canoe, always with the with the help of an instructor and in complete safety, provided with the necessary equipment for the descent. The center offers single or two-seater canoes.

Centro Lao Action Raft Kayak invites you to enjoy the Lao River and its tributaries, in the wonderful scenery of Monte Pollino, practicing all types of water sports that come to mind!

The kayak is a canoe with a double-bladed paddle, and allows you to make greater use of your strength and that of the water! For fun descents in company or individually, whether you are a beginner or already an expert, we invite you to participate, you won't regret it. Centro Lao Action Raft Canyoning invites you to participate in the fantastic experience that allows you to experience canyoning!

This activity is a partly aquatic and partly mountaineering sport which consists of following the path of small mountain streams encased between high rock walls downhill, overcoming the obstacles encountered with specific techniques. These can be, for example, waterfalls, giants' potholes carved out of the rock by water, toboggans (natural slides smoothed by erosion) and jumps.

Canyoning at the Lao Action Raft Canyoning Center is practiced in small tributaries of the Lao River, with the help of an expert guide who will follow the group throughout the entire journey.

Centro Lao Action Raft Rafting offers you to practice rafting. a sport born in America in the 1950s, which spread to Italy in 1987. We would like to point out that it is a sporting discipline accessible to everyone, adults and children, young people and families, representing at the same time the most exciting and adventurous.

The descent of the Lao river by dinghy has now become part of Calabria's quality tourist offer, in fact it allows anyone to approach this sporting activity gradually, managing to satisfy the most disparate expectations.< /p>

Centro Lao Action Raft Rafting carries out descents on the Lao River, a river that crosses the Pollino National Park and then joins the Tyrrhenian Sea in the Scalea area. Proposed in three different levels: basic, technical, high. Self-draining inflatable boats are used for rafting and can carry up to 6 people. The center will provide you with all the necessary equipment to carry out the activity: helmet, life jacket, water jacket, wetsuit and paddle.

The HydroSpeed is a floating shield that can be maneuvered using your own body weight and with the help of diving fins. Using the HydroSpeed is simple and safe, the Lao Action Raft Hydrospeed Center provides an expert in this sport who will teach you how to descend through a theoretical-practical lesson. Hydrospeed is practiced on the Lao River and allows you to combine the pleasures of aquatic descent with those of swimming by personally driving your vehicle!

Lao Action Raft Paragliding Center invites you to look at the world from another perspective. To disconnect from the daily routine and feel free, as only the experience of flying can offer you, come and try paragliding!

This sporting discipline dates back to 1978 and was initially practiced in the French Alps. Parachute and ski acrobatics enthusiasts, better known as "Nky-divers", were starting to get tired of waiting for their airplanes and continually repeating the tedious procedures of parachute folding. So one day they tried to take their parachutes and launch themselves down the slopes of the mountains as if they were birds. The new sport quickly spread throughout the entire community of Alpine climbers.

Centro Lao Action Raft Parapendio carries out paragliding in Praia a Mare, flying over the wonderful beach located in front of Dino Island. Two-seater flights last approximately 20 minutes.
